How To Use 350W PHX Professional LED Stage Lighting
- Mount And Rig: Hang the fixture from a batten or truss using a C-clamp rated for at least 25 lbs, then attach a safety cable per your venue’s rigging protocol.
- Connect Power and DMX: Run power to the fixture and link DMX In/Out to your lighting console with a standard 5-pin XLR cable, daisy-chaining additional fixtures as needed.
- Set the DMX Address: Use the fixture’s onboard menu to assign a DMX start address that matches your console’s patch, then confirm the fixture responds correctly from the board.
- Aim And Focus: Position the fixture for its fixed 5° beam angle and adjust focus for a sharp or soft-edged field as the cue requires.
- Dial In Color: Bring up the RGBL channels from your console to mix the desired color temperature or hue, using the L (lime) channel to improve color rendering on skin tones and whites.
- Maintenance: Wipe the lens and check the yoke and clamp hardware periodically, and keep vents free of dust so the LED engine runs at its rated output and lifespan.
